One defining characteristic of this tea is farmers encourage cicada like insects to feast on the plants and release their terpenes leaving a naturally sweet flavor on the leaf. This tea is nutrient rich and best on the second or third steep. Lifelong drinkers of Darjeeling will enjoy this tea.
